I did not get one penny refund.
"They are thieves. Avoid them at all costs. You get more reliable service from a crackhead in a big city. These guys just stole my money. I purchased tickets for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, but since it got cancelled due to Coronavirus I asked for a refund. They agreed to the refund back in May 2020, now it is August and I still have not received a dime back. I tried calling and e-mailing, but nothing. They are not answering the calls or replying to e-mails. They just took everyone's money and ran off. The President of the company Robert F. Long and owner Sead Dizdarevic are all thieves. There is going to be a lawsuit soon. Sead Dizdarevic net worth is over $1,000,000 so I know he can afford the refund. I hope he gets arrested for fraud."
